I couldn’t imagine having anyone else help me sell my condo. Mel helped me get things looking nice and ready to show, explained and walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions along the way, and was always cheerful.

Mel is wonderful. She is very patient and only has her clients best interests in mind. I really enjoyed going through this process with her…she made it less of a scary situation. I feel that I couldn’t have had a better agent to deal with when purchasing my first home and the whole experience was very rewarding and I am now a proud home owner.

Melanie went above and beyond for us. She taught us how to look for things that we had never thought about before, like sprinklers in the back yard. She has been our advocate all the way. Even after we bought our house, she went to bat for us when we had a problem with our bathroom. She is an amazing realtor and will do a fabulous job for anyone.
